Company’s novel approach to aftermarket customer service prioritizes customers’ needs

Hagerstown, MD (July 14, 2017) – Jerr-Dan Corporation, an Oshkosh Corporation Company (NYSE:OSK) and a leader in the towing and recovery business, has expanded its Tow Support program by adding district service managers providing full regional coverage and carrying and stocking more parts in inventory than ever before. The enhanced, hands-on approach to customer service supports customers after the initial purchase, encompassing all aspects of customer service including parts stocking, accessories, warranty, technical support, training and service. Whether it’s helping a distributor with a part or troubleshooting a problem, Jerr-Dan’s Tow Support program prioritizes the company’s ongoing commitment to its customers (distributors) and product lifecycle support.

Expanded Parts and Accessories Catalog to keep customers’ up-to-date on the tools, parts, and accessories that the company has to offer.

Full regional coverage of district service managers ready to provide customers with faster and more efficient ways to receive the assistance they need. Jerr-Dan is the first company to offer district service managers in the towing and


recovery industry whose primary responsibilities is to assist in parts, business development and warranty/service issues, alongside the company’s distributors.

A Technical Publications library offering guides and manuals on how to keep your vehicle on the road and running smoothly. Operations & Maintenance Manuals as well as a Parts Manuals for carriers, wreckers and rotators can be obtained and downloaded online.

Jerr-Dan New Product Warranty – Jerr-Dan shall repair and/or replace defects in material or workmanship in its new products for twelve (12) months from the warranty start date. In addition, Jerr-Dan shall repair and/or replace defects in material or workmanship in the Deck, Substructure, and Hydraulics (excluding hydraulic hoses) on each new XLP Carrier made by it for three (3) years from the warranty start date. Jerr-Dan Warranty Policy covers parts and labor costs as outlined in Jerr-Dan’s warranty policies and procedures in affect at the time of manufacture.
