Community Engagement Program Mission Statement

Building better, together.

At Jerr-Dan, our mission is to create positive social change through
programs and partnerships that provide resources to improve the lives
of underserved populations. Through charitable contributions, employee
involvement and economic development/sustainability efforts, the
organizations we align with and support make an impact in the areas
of poverty reduction, support of basic needs and youth mentoring.

We support youth mentoring programs that provide educational, social skills development, and behavioral health (drug, suicide and violence prevention) resources.

Arts and Culture

We align with organizations that provide arts and culture experiences for young people and support their basic needs.

Economic Development and Sustainability

We support organizations and programs that foster economic growth in the local community while preserving the environment for future generations.

Our Community Engagement Executive Board is a geographically diverse team led by our president and members of his executive team, along with team members from each location who bring a breadth of viewpoints and experiences to the table. Each person on the team plays an important role in implementing our shared vision of bringing positive, measurable change to the communities where our teams live, work and play.
